Kevin Nguyen is a digital forensics reporter and producer with ABC News. He started as a journalist and photographer in Western Sydney before working abroad in New York, Washington D.C., Dublin, India and Hong Kong.
In 2019, he received both the Ian Carroll Scholarship for innovations and the MJ Bear Fellow for young leaders in US journalism. He has contributed investigative reporting to Background Briefing and Four Corners in Australia and international publishers including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post and Al Jazeera.
Kevin is also the digital manager at Media Diversity Australia and is a journalism lecturer at Macleay College.
