Kate Lyons leads the Pacific journalism project at The Guardian Australia enabled through a grant from the Judith Neilson Institute. She was previously a reporter and live-blogger on Guardian Australia’s foreign desk, where she anchored the Guardian’s live coverage of breaking world news and reports on Asia and the Pacific. She also worked at the Guardian UK on the special projects team.
